RESOLUTION NO. 2016-054
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE OF $24, 700 . 00 FOR SINK
CREEK CHANNEL CLEAN OUT, AND SHAPING, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO-EXECUTESAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated January 19, 2016,
between the City of, Waterloo, Iowa and AECOM, in conjunction with
the Sink Creek Channel Clean Out and Shaping Project in the

maximum amount payable of $24, 700. 00, is hereby approved and the
Mayor-is .authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
