ORDINANCE NO. 4966
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (73) COMMERCIAL
STREET OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (73) COMMERCIAL
STREET OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (73a) COMMERCIAL STREET
(WEST) TO SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (73) Commercial Street of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (73) Commercial Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(73) Commercial Street
Both sides from LaPorte Road
to West 18th; both sides from
West 12th Street to West 11th
Street; southwest side from
West 11th Street to West 7th
Street; both sides in the 700
block and northwest side from
West 2nd to Mullan Avenue
That Subsection (73a) Commercial Street (West) is hereby
added to Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain
Streets, of the 2008 Traffic Code, as follows:
(73a) Commercial Street (W)
