ORDINANCE NO. 4967
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
AVENUE OF SECTION 543,
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF
(182) WESTFIELD AVENUE OF
STREETS; AND
2008 TRAFFIC CODE
(182) WESTFIELD
THRU STREETS; AND
A NEW SUBSECTION
SECTION 543, THRU
BY ADDING NEW SUBSECTIONS (34a) COMMERCIAL
STREET (W) AND (85a) JEFFERSON STREET (W) TO
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (182) Westfield Avenue of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (182) Westfield Avenue of Section
543, Thru Streets, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
(182) Westfield Avenue
From W. Jefferson to West
Conger Street except for
traffic signals at Vaughn
Street and Fletcher Avenue and
a four-way stop at the
intersection of W. Commercial
Street and Sergeant Road
That Subsections (34a) Commercial Street (W) and (85a)
Jefferson Street (W), of Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 2008
Traffic Code, are hereby added as follows:
