RESOLUTION NO. 2020-66
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT BIOSOLIDS MODIFICATIONS, CONTRACT NO. 994.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Manager of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Modifications, Contract No.
994, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Manager did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Modifications,
Contract No. 994, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January 27, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Modifications, Contract No. 994, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January 2020.
