ORDINANCE NO. 4968
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (423) WESTFIELD
AVENUE OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (423) WESTFIELD
AVENUE OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (423) Westfield Avenue of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (423) Westfield Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
