County, Iowa described as follows: Beginning at the Westerly most corner of said Lot 28; thence North
62°07'51" East along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 28, 19.23 feet; thence South 48°32'37" East, 60.96
feet; thence South 41°27'23"West 17.45 feet to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 28; thence North
48°59'48"West along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 28, 67.75 feet to the point of beginning.
Grantors do hereby covenant with grantees, and successors in interest, that grantors hold the real estate by title
in fee simple; that they have good and lawful authority to sell and convey the real estate; that the real estate is free
and clear of all liens and encumbrances except as may be stated above;and grantors covenant to warrant and defend
the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons except as may be stated above. Each of the undersigned
