RESOLUTION NO. 2012-776
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A
PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH LEASING
INTERNATIONAL, LTD. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
WHEREAS, that the Permanent Easement Agreement of the
hereinafter described parcel is to allow for a portion of the
storm water system, and other public utilities already in
existence to encroach across, over, under and through the
northerly portion of the property owned by Leasing International
Ltd. , 3128 Brockway Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement, by and
between Leasing International Ltd. , for the hereinafter
described parcel, all of which is situated in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, is accepted and
approved:
A Permanent Easement for an extension of the Storm
Water System, and other Public Utilities, across,
over, under and through the South 8 . 00 feet of the
North 58 . 53 feet of the West 90 . 78 feet of Lot 66 in
the Southgate 4th Addition, a part of the Northeast
Fractional Quarter of Section 04, Township 88 North,
Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, as
described in City Lot Deed Book 660 at page 049,
recorded October 06, 1997, commonly known as 3120
Brockway Road, Waterloo, Iowa, said easement
containing 726. 2 square feet or 0 . 0167 acres .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2012 .
