RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH BENTON' S SAND
AND GRAVEL, INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012 GERALDINE ROAD
EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 821, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$272, 178 . 80, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Benton' s Sand and Gravel, Inc. of
Cedar Falls, Iowa, for the F. Y. 2012 Geraldine Road Extension,
Contract No. 821, in the amount of $272, 178 . 80, signed on behalf
of the CiV of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 13t day of August, 2012, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said Contract signed by
Employers Mutual Casualty Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said documents .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2012 .
