RESOLUTION NO. 2012-844
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE AWARD WITH U. S. DEPARTMENT OF
COMMERCE, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Financial Assistance Award dated August 20,
2012, to revise the scope of the Cedar Valley Tech Works
renovation project from renovating the entire six story building
to the renovation of only the 3rd floor with installation of
infrastructure and utility systems to support the building, amend
the project budget and increase the grant rate, by and between
the U. S . Department of Commerce, Economic Development
Administration and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2012 .
