RESOLUTION NO. 2012-843
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES, INC. OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVICES
2012-2013 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 20, 2012, at a cost not to exceed
$60, 000 . 00, for implementation of services for 2012-2013 for the
below listed projects :
Element One: Downtown Development Plan Implementation
Element Two: Cedar River Projects
Element Three : Cedar Valley SportsPlex
Element Four: 5 Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Superblock
Element Five : General Project Management for Priority
Projects
Element Six: RiverLoop Experience
Element Seven: Funding Strategy
Element Eight: Project Management Team
by and between Vandewalle & Associates, Inc. of Madison,
Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2012 .
