RESOLUTION NO. 2012-836
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES
(NO REGULATED ASBESTOS-CONTAINING MATERIALS)
FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 312 CHARLES STREET,
116 WEST PARKER STREET, AND 135-137 WASHINGTON
STREET .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-835, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with Demolition and Site
Clearance Services (no regulated asbestos-containing materials)
for properties located at 312 Charles Street, 116 West Parker
Street, and 135-137 Washington Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on August 20, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2012 .
