RESOLUTION NO. 2012-866
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC. (HOWARD R.
GREEN) OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 27, 2012,
at a cost not to exceed $400, 000 . 00, for the implementation of
the US 63 City Wide Petroleum and Hazardous Material Assessment
Grants, by and between HR Green, Inc. (Howard R. Green) of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 2012 .
