RESOLUTION NO. 2012-865
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH ROGER KLINGFUS DBA
METRO TRANSMISSION INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to Development Agreement dated
August 27, 2012, to change the start and completion dates and
change the minimum size of the new industrial building to be
built on the site to a minimum size of 2, 250 square feet and a
new taxable value of $95, 000, by and between Roger Klingfus dba
Metro Transmission Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 2012 .
