RESOLUTION NO. 2012-947
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED HOUSING
ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM AGREEMENT #12-HEZ-050
WITH IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Revised Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement #12-
HEZ-050 dated September 24, 2012, for Enterprise Zone Waterloo
EZ-8 in conjunction with the development of 72 condominium units
on the riverfront housing site on East 7th Street and Sycamore
Street, by and between the Iowa Economic Development Authority,
Dolly James, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 2012 .
