RESOLUTION NO. 2012-931
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH
VERIDIAN CREDIT UNION FOR AN INCLUSIVE
COMMUNITY GRANT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID APPLICATION BY DIRECTOR OF WATERLOO
CULTURAL AND ARTS COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated September 17, 2012, for an Inclusive
Community grant to be used for general charitable support for the
Waterloo Center for the Arts, by and between Veridian Credit
Union and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Director of Waterloo Cultural and Arts
Commission authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 2012 .
