RESOLUTION NO. 2012-926
RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement dated September 17, 2012, in the amount
of $1, 120, 500 . 00, for the Rehabilitation of Taxiway E at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 171h day of September, 2012 .
