RESOLUTION NO. 2012-974
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 1, 2012, for a Safe Routes to
School Program Project, in the amount of $120, 000 . 00, for the
installation of traffic signals at Baltimore Street and West 5tn
Street, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2012 .
