RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
BULLETPROOF VEST PARTNERSHIP GRANT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BUREAU OF JUSTICE
ASSISTANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant dated October 1,
2012, in the amount of $11, 780 . 00, with a required 50 percent
match, for the purchase of replacement bulletproof vests, by and
between the Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2012 .
