RESOLUTION NO. 2012-901
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO
ORIGINAL CONTRACT NUMBER P0807M01748 WITH THE
IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (IEDA)
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT
AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract Amendment to Contract No. P0807M01748, dated
September 6, 2012, to revise the scope of project and completion
date for the Cedar Valley TechWorks renovation project that was
awarded a forgivable loan for the Tech 1 building, by and between
the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 61h day of September, 2012 .
