RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT WITH
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, GOVERNOR' S
TRAFFIC SAFETY BUREAU, CONTRACT NUMBER
13-410, TASK 57, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$61, 500 . 00 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID GRANT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant dated September 10, 2012, Contract Number 13-410,
Task 57, in the amount of $61, 500 . 00, with no required local
match, to be used for directed overtime enforcement, training-
related travel, educational materials, three (3) in-car video
cameras, and two (2) road alert signs, for the period of
October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013, by and between
Department of Public Safety, Governor' s Traffic Safety Bureau and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of September, 2012 .
