RESOLUTION NO. 2012-910
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A
TEMPORARY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
WHEREAS, that the Temporary Easement Agreement of the
hereinafter described parcel is to allow for the removal and
replacement of pumps in an existing pumping station along the
Cedar River at Virden Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Agreement, by and
between MidAmerican Energy Company, for the hereinafter
described parcel, all of which is situated in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, is accepted and
approved:
Part of Lot 1, Auditor Bayou Plat in the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW'-4 SEA) of Section
23, Township 89 North Range 13 West of the 51h P.M. in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of September, 2012 .
