RESOLUTION NO. 2012-905
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES AT 1001
LINDEN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-904, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the
Asbestos Abatement Services at 1001 Linden Avenue, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on September 10, 2012 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of September, 2012 .
