RESOLUTION NO. 2012-976
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CRYSTAL
DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to Development Agreement dated
October 1, 2012, to include changes to the square footage of the
expansion, construction costs, Minimum Assessment Agreement, tax
rebate schedule, base value and project timeline, by and between
Crystal Distribution Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of October, 2012 .
