RESOLUTION NO. 2012-747
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA HEALTH SYSTEM OF WEST DES
MOINES, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-of-Way License Agreement dated July 23, 2012, to
utilize public right-of-way for the installation, operation and
maintenance of approximately 3, 920 linear feet of fiber optic
network, by and between Iowa Health System of West Des Moines,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2012 .
