ORDINANCE NO. 4961
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 404 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 403,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Four Hundred Four
(404) .
"404.
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township
88 North, Range 13, West of the 5th P.M., in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows: Commencing at the intersection of the East
line of said Section 3 with the North line of the South
20 acres of the East 118 acres of said Southeast
Quarter; thence West 600 feet; thence North 450 feet;
thence East 600 feet; thence South 450 feet to the
point of beginning, excepting all legal highways,
subject to restrictions of record, if any; together
with and subject to easements of record, if any, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2"
One and Two Family Residence.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she hereby is,
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
