ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 406 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 405,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Four Hundred Six
(406) .
"406.
Lots 101 and 102 of Second Addition to Kenyon's
Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, except the North 25 feet thereof, and also, the
16' easement in Second Addition to Kenyon's Addition
that lies South of Lots 101 and 102 in said addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-1" One and
Two Family Resident District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"S-1" Shopping Center District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she hereby is,
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
