Please find the attached bid proposal specification and design sheets for details concerning the aforementioned products. If your business is interested in bidding on this project, please complete the enclosed bid proposal. All sealed bids must be received by noon on Thursday, June 13, 2019. Bid packets should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the business name and Squad Car Installation Bid. Bids will be opened at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 13th, 2019 in the Waterloo City Clerk's Office, 1st floor conference room. Please mail sealed bids to: Waterloo City Clerk's Office, 715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, IA 50703. Standard procedures dictate the City of Waterloo will accept the lowest responsible bid. The bidder understands the City reserves the right to reject any bid that is considered not to meet specifications.
