AN ORDINANCE VACATING APPROXIMATELY 0.039
ACRES (1,697 SQUARE FEET) OF CITY RIGHT-OF-
WAY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF 563 ARCHER
AVENUE NEAR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF DUBUQUE
ROAD AND COLORADO STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
A survey of that part of the North forty (40) feet of
the East forty (40) feet of Lot Thirteen (13), and the
North forty (40) feet of Lot Twelve (12), all in Block
No. Four (04) of Linden Place Addition to the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, more
particularly described as follows:
