AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY PWS
HOLDINGS 19 IA, LLC, TO VACATE A PORTION OF CITY
RIGHT-OF-WAY, SUBJECT TO THE RETENTION OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT OVER, UNDER AND UPON THE AREA
TO BE VACATED, LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF FALLS AVENUE AND STEPHAN AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That approximately a 0.38 acre portion of City right-of-way, located between
Falls Avenue, University Avenue, and Stephan Avenue, adjacent to 3110 University Avenue, and
legally described as follows:
A PART OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 89 NORTH,
RANGE 13 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M., CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
