BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Development Agreement and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated December 30, 2019, between PWS Holdings 19 IA, LLC, of Fargo,North Dakota and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of a 5,230 square foot commercial building, located at the northwest corner of Falls Avenue and Stephan Avenue, with a new taxable value of$2.4 million, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
