AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (32) BROADWAY STREET
AND EDWARDS STREET OF SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE
TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC -CONTROL DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (32) Broadway Street and Edwards Street, of
Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic -Control Devices, of
the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
