ORDINANCE NO. 5000
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA BY REPEALING
SECTION 353, APPLICATION OF REVENUE, AND
AMENDING SECTION 343, PARKING RATES FOR CASH
PATRONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 353, Application of Revenue, is hereby repealed
and that Section 343, Parking Rates for Cash Patrons, is hereby
amended, of the 2008 Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
as follows:
"It is hereby established that the fees for cash
patrons for all parking ramps shall be set by
Resolution of the City Council."
