RESOLUTION APPROVING A CEDAR TRAILS
PARTNERSHIP GRANT APPLICATION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$2,500, FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A
NEW PRAIRIE PATHWAYS INTERPRETIVE PANEL NEAR
THE SITE OF BLACK HAWK COUNTY'S FIRST
COURTHOUSE, LOCATED ON THE CEDAR VALLEY
LAKES TRAIL NEAR E. I ITH STREET, ALONG THE CEDAR
RIVER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant application dated February 10, 2020, to the Cedar Trails Partnership, in the amount
of$2,500, for the purchase and installation of a new Prairie Pathways Interpretive Panel near the
site of Black Hawk County's first Courthouse, located on the Cedar Valley Lakes Trail near E.
1 Ith Street, along the Cedar River, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10ffi day of February 2020.
