RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR
NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT TO THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR FY
2020 NEWELL STREET RISE PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 991,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Intent for NPDES coverage under general permit to the Iowa Department of
Natural Resources for the FY 2020 Newell Street Rise Project, Contract No. 991, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10'h day of February 2020.
