RESOLUTION NO. 2020-92
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY LANDMARK TURF
SERVICES, LLC, OF DUNKERTON, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $39,145, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020 LEVEE
RIP RAP SPRAYING, CONTRACT NO. 989, AND RECEIVE
AND FILE A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC, of Dunkerton, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 989, and
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of$39,145.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Landmark Turf Services, LLC, at a total cost of $39,145, in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 989, are hereby approved,
and a two year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10t'day of February 2020.
