RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH CLAPSADDLE-GARBER ASSOCIATES, INC.,
OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $5,230, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020 3200
BLOCK W. AIRLINE HIGHWAY SANITARY SEWER,
CONTRACT NO. 979, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, to the Professional Services Agreement originally approved
on April 16, 2019, between Clapsaddle-Garber Associates,Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa in an amount not to exceed $5,230, in conjunction with the FY 2020 3200
Block W. Airline Highway Sanitary Sewer, Contract No. 979, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February 2020.
