RESOLUTION NO. 2020-95
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
SERVICES CONTRACT AGREEMENT, WITH IOWA
NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS,
TO EXTEND THE TIMELINE FOR THE UPDATE OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO
SEPTEMBER 30, 2020, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Services Contract Agreement between the Iowa Northland Regional Council of
Governments and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, originally executed on August 17, 2015, be
amended to extend the timeline for the update of the City of Waterloo Comprehensive Plan to
September 30, 2020, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
