RESOLUTION NO. 2020-96
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
INSTITUTE FOR DECISION MAKING AT THE UNIVERSITY
OF NORTHERN IOWA, FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING AND
GOAL SETTING SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,578,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Services Agreement dated February 10, 2020, between the Institute for Decision Making
at the University of Northern Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for strategic planning and
goal setting services in the amount of $6,578, be approved, and authorizing and directing the
Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this l0a'day of February 2020.
