AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (la) E. DONALD STREET
ACCESS ROAD TO SECTION 577, NO PARKING 6:00
P.M. TO 5:00 A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (la) E. Donald Street Access Road is hereby
added to Section 577, No Parking from 6:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M., of
the 2008 Traffic Code, as follows:
(la) E. Donald Street South side in the 300 block
Access Road
INTRODUCED: June 7, 2010
PASSED 1St CONSIDERATION: June 7, 2010
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: June 7, 2010
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: June 7, 2010
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 7th day of June, 2010, and approved by the
Mayor on the 9th day of June, 2010.
