AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REZONE OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM "R-3," MULTIPLE
RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "R -3,C -Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ESTABLISHING A COUNSELING SERVICES
-PROFESSIONAL OFFICE, LOCATED AT 1310 SOLAR
DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No 5079,
as amended,, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to
rezone the property legally descried as follows:
THE NORTH 201.5' IN EVEN, WIDTH OF LOT 16 IN AUDITOR'S PLAT OF
PART OF MEADOWDALE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWAf
Now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa
approximately 0.61 acres of land located at 1310 Solar Drive, as
"R-3" Multiple Residence District to "R-3, C -Z" Conditional Zoning
District, as above described, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the use be limited to a counseling services use or any
use permitted in the "R-3" Multiple Residence District or any
Professional Office use permitted in the "R-4" Multiple
Residence District.
21 That sidewalk is installed along the frontage of the property
in_.question according to City of Waterloo specifications at
the same time as the parking lot 'expansion is being
constructed.
Section 2. That the City hereby directed to file a certified
copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
