ORDINANCE NO. 5310
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "R-1, C -Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE BUILDING OF
A 8,700 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO THE EXISTING
BUILDING LOCATED AT 3610 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance no. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, bey amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "R-1, C -Z" Conditional Zoning District, to allow
for the construction of an 8,700 square foot addition to the
existing building located at 3610 Ansborough Avenue, legally
described as follows:
PARCEL D OF PLAT OF SURVEY IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1-/4)
OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SECTION FIVE (5).
TOWNSHIP EIGHTY-EIGHT (88) NORTH, RANGE THIRTEEN (13) WEST OF
THE FIFTH (5TH) PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA AND RECORDED AS DOC.#2013-13861 IN
THE OFFICE OF THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY RECORDER;
and subject to the following conditions:

1. That sidewalks be installed along the street frontages of
said property.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and is hereby directed to
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
County, Iowa.
