AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REZONE
APPROXIMATELY 0.42 ACRES OF LAND FROM "A-1"
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "R-2" ONE AND TWO
.FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW "'SINGLE-FAMILY HOME,
LOCATED NORTH OF 2605 IDAHO STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section d. That the Official Zoning Map- referred to, in
Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079,
as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to
rezone the property legally described as follows:
Rezone "A-1" to "R-2"
UNPLATTED WLOO, EAST S 1/2 E 10 A S'E SW EXC N 165 FT & EXC W
74 FT ALSO EXC 5 425 FT E 254.7 FT SEC 18 T 89 R 12;
now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa,
approximately 0.'42 acres of land located north of 2605 Idaho
Street, as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District, be and the
same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District as above described, subject to the following conditions:
1.. That the final site plan meets all applicable City codes,
regulations, etc., including but not limited to, parking,
landscaping, drainage, etc.
2. That the City Clerk, be, and is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
