AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY REALTY
INCOME CORPORATION TO VACATE 0.195 ACRES AT
THE INTERSECTION OF EAST SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND
PENNYS STREET, ADJACENT TO 2825 CROSSROADS
BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
That part of the East Half (1/2) of Section Two (02),
Township Eighty-eight North (T88N), Range Thirteen West
(R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Parcel "C", Document
No. 2005-26829 in the Black Hawk County Recorder's Office;
thence S41°50'18"E Fifty and Thirty-three Hundredths (50.33)
feet along_the Southwest line of said Parcel "C" to the Most
Northerly corner of Tract described in Document No. 2006-
