RESOLUTION NO. 2015-584 RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE DETERMINATION OF THE CITY PLANNER THAT THE PROPOSED CHANGE TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR GMJ2 INDUSTRIES IN AN "R-1, R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT SHALL BE APPROVED AS A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR A NEW HOUSE TO BE CONSTRUCTED TOWARDS AND ADDRESSED FROM EUREKA STREET, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF EUREKA STREET AND VERMONT STREET. WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that a site plan change to the "R-1, R-P" Planned Residence District, for a new house to be constructed towards and addressed, from Eureka Street, located at the northeast corner of Eureka Street and Vermont Street, legally described as follows : BALTIMORE FIELD 1ST ADDITION LOT l; WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said Minor Site Plan Amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a public hearing, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said Minor Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a Minor Site Plan Amendment to_ the "R-1, R-P" Planned Residence District, for a new house to be constructed towards and addressed from Eureka Street, located at the northeast corner of Eureka Street and Vermont Street, is hereby approved.
