RESOLUTION NO. 2020-100
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF THE BUDGET MAXIMUM
LEVY PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 2, 2020 AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS TO APPROVE
THE MAXIMUM LEVIES AS REQUIRED BY THE NEW STATE
LAW, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 2"d day of March,
2020, to approve the maximum tax levy rate, as required by the new state law, for the FYE 2021
Budget.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17d' day of February 2020.
