RESOLUTION NO. 2020-110
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$65,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 E. SHAULIS
ROAD TRAIL EXTENSION, PHASE II, CONTRACT NO. 1012,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 17, 2020, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$65,500, in conjunction with the FY 2021 E. Shaulis Road Trail Extension, Phase II, Contract
No. 1012, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
