RESOLUTION NO. 2020-115
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING A DATE
OF BID OPENING AS FEBRUARY 27, 2020 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS MARCH 2, 2020, FOR THE FY 2020 WATERLOO AIR
AND RAIL PARK TREE CLEARING, CONTRACT NO. 1017, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Waterloo Air and Rail Park Tree Clearing, Contract No. 1017, are
hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Waterloo Air and Rail
Park Tree Clearing, Contract No. 1017, be scheduled for February 27, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City
Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 2"d day of March 2020, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Waterloo Air and Rail Park Tree
Clearing, Contract No. 1017.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
