AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (60) EASTON AVENUE
AND ELEVENTH STREET (W) AND (61) EASTON
AVENUE AND HAMMOND AVENUE OF SECTION 540,
OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC -CONTROL
DEVICES; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW
SUBSECTIONS (60) EASTON AVENUE AND ELEVENTH
STREET (W) AND (61) EASTON AVENUE AND HAMMOND
AVENUE TO SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL
TRAFFIC -CONTROL DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsections (60) Easton Avenue and Eleventh Street (W)
and (61) Easton Avenue and Hammond Avenue of Section 540,
Obedience to Official Traffic -Control Devices, of the 2008
Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their entirety; that new
Subsections (60) Easton Avenue and Eleventh Street (W) and (61)
Easton Avenue and Hammond Avenue of Section 540, Obedience to
Official Traffic -Control Devices, of the 2008 Traffic Code, are
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(60) Easton Avenue and Eleventh Street (W)—Full Actuated
Pushbutton Ped.
(61) Easton Avenue and Hammond Avenue—Full Actuated
Pushbutton Ped.
