AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (42) CHARLES ST. AND
FOURTH ST. (E) OF SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO
OFFICIAL TRAFFIC -CONTROL DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (42) Charles St. and Fourth St. (E) of 540,
Obedience to Official Traffic -Control Devices, of the 2008
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
