RESOLUTION NO. 2012-404
RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE (3) LICENSE FOR
UNDERGROUND PIPELINES, CABLES AND CONDUITS
AGREEMENTS WITH CHICAGO CENTRAL & PACIFIC
RAILROAD COMPANY, AND ITS PARENT CORPORATION,
CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY COMPANY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the three (3) License for Underground Pipelines, Cables and
Conduits Agreements dated May 7, 2012, to construct and maintain
storm sewer, sanitary sewer and fiber optic under the railroad
crossing in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 U. S . Highway 63
Improvements - Conger. Street/Newell Street to Donald Street,
Contract No. 790, by and between Chicago Central & Pacific
Railroad Company, and its Parent Corporation, Canadian National
Railway Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012 .
